The breakfast definitely hit the spot, it was a good ol' continental one. the spot this venue is in is just amazing, right next to the mountains and Switzerland, and the neighborhood is pretty chill 😊.

Superfriendly staff and beautiful location close to the Gondola for easy access to the slopes, everything was nice. My room was clean and the view of the mountains was great. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurant, and Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Also, the property was at walking distance from Twing-Lischen-Kaserstatt.

Unforgettable experience there. Absolutely great place with knowledgeable staff and outstanding food. Comfortable bed in the guest room, plus a safe and central heating. The EXCEPTIONAL view to mountain from its windows. Location - stunning, short walk to the slopes, public transport runs like clockwork and hiking trails. Also, close to the Gondola.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel with beautiful views. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and the nearby gondolas made it easy to access hiking trails. The hotel's restaurant and breakfast were delicious with plenty of healthy options. The small library and the stories about the hotel's history added a special touch. The view from our room was breathtaking.

The hotel's decoration was charming and really captured the essence of the Swiss mountains. The walls were adorned with beautiful artwork and photographs that told the story of the hotel's long history. The general areas, such as the lobby and terrace, were welcoming and cozy, perfect for relaxing with a book and enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The accessibility for senior people was well-considered, with easy access to the hotel from the parking area and a comfortable seating area in the lobby.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were polite, there were times when I could have used a bit more help, especially with carrying luggage or navigating the stairs.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
